Celebrity panel: Best moments of 2012

Warning: this post contains foul language and general buffoonery. May not be suitable for work or children.

Today's Think Kit prompt was to interview three people about their favorite moments of the year. I kinda let the day get away from me due to work, and didn't feel much like asking this question to any real people, so let's go to our special (mostly imagined) celebrity panel for some answers... Our first celebrity is a man known all over the world, President Barack Obama!! Mr. President, what was your favorite thing that happened this year?

Barack Obama: "I thought it was pretty cool when I got re-elected as the President. To all those haters out there, and you know who you are: kiss my ass, bitches! I'm still the President, and there's nothing you can do about it except file your stupid electronic petitions to secede from the union, like that's really gonna work. What do you think this is - 1861 or some shit?! What a bunch of boneheads! It's about to be 2013, and ahahahahaha LOL at you if you thought I couldn't get elected TWO TIMES!!"

Ok, thanks for those words, big guy! Now let's hear from the other side. Karl Rove, what was your favorite moment of 2012?

Karl Rove: "My favorite moment of the year was when Mitt Romney got elected president. We knew we had this one in the bag all along, and it's a great day for America because we can finally start re-claiming the principles that have been trampled by this socialist, anarchist, foreign-born -- what? Wait a minute... Say what now?! Romney lost? SHIT, WTF?! No, no, you're mistaken... That can't be right. Just can't... So what was I saying again? Oh yeah, my favorite moment of the year was when Mitt Romney won the election. Definitely."

Um, ok. Thank you Karl Rove. Even if that's not exactly "factual," I guess neither was any of the shit that got said and repeated in this election cycle... So yeah. There you have it, Rove's favorite moment.

But what if, like 99.9% of America right now, you are sick to death of the election and just wanna kick back and enjoy the Holiday season without being reminded of our toxic political atmosphere? I think I have just the answer, and it has nothing to do with the 2012 election! In fact it's 100% Canadian and at least 110% ridiculous. It's our third celebrity panelist, JUSTIN (ohmygod) BEIBER!!! Mr. Beiber, let's finish this thing out. Any awesome moments you'd like to remind us about?

Justin Beiber: "Yo yo what's happenin America?! This is J-beebz, wearing my freshest swag: my '91 Vanilla Ice outfit, hand-picked by my uber-sexy-but-still-conservative-Christian mama! Thanks 4 always dressing me up cool, momz. This pic, as u all can see, is me with the Prime Minister of Canada, the land where I wuz born many yearz back. This dude came to my dressing room, where I like to hang up my Canadian flag collection, and we kicked it for a while. He was cool, but really nervous the whole time, asking me about my lyrics a lot and stuff... When mom snapped this pic on her phone, this dude was like asking me 4 an autograph, pretending it wuz 4 his kids even tho I could tell he's a huge fan, and I was like 'Sure bro, you know I'll hook u up cuz I'm way more powerful and cool than u are anyway bro.' And that was like, my favorite stuff that happened this year."

Alright. Thanks a lot, celebrity judges. You have made my job much easier today. I hardly had to write at all or interact with "real" human beings. Score!
